574 Clamping Fixture

Clamping fixtures are useful for applying pressure to test specimens during hardness evaluation. The 574 Clamping Fixture applies 60 kgf (132 lbs) to the specimen prior to test and independent of load application. This ensures that the sample does not shift while holding it secure to the anvil during the test process.
